The Issues With the Survey Should Now Be Resolved!

I've been working with Backerkit's very helpful customer service support to resolve the issues with the survey. Some of the products were linked to the wrong thing which is why some of you ended up with extra items in your baskets. That should now all be resolved. There are a couple of bits we are still working on to make sure you see the correct items in your basket before you pay for shipping. Hopefully that will be resolved in the next day or two. It only affects a couple of people so don't worry too much.
Please rest assured I will double check your order with the Kickstarter backer information before I package it anyway. I wouldn't be happy relying on Backerkit as it's so complicated to get right. Hence the issues with the survey. Like everything else in life, it's a learning curve. But a bit too complicated for me though I'm afraid! Next time I run a campaign I'm seriously considering something much simpler to get information from backers, like a Google form. It would take up a lot less time for us all I think.
Anyway, we are nearly there! Yay! I have the proof of the dust jacket from the printers and am about to order all the foil bookmarks and postcards, so things are progressing well.
I'll talk about tariffs in my next update. For now, let's concentrate on getting all the information from you that we need.

Please don’t fill in your survey yet. It has come to light that the system is adding in extra books and add ons. I’m working with Backerkit to get this sorted. It will probably take a few days but I’ll let you know when we think we’ve found the problem.

Hey folks! I’m just letting you know that I’ll be sending a handful of surveys out today. Please check your inboxes and spam folders for them to see if you have one. If all goes well with the technical side and there are no problems, I’ll send the rest of the surveys ina day or two.
This includes charging for the shipping fees that are needed for me to post you your rewards. I’m working as quickly as I can as it seems shipping to the US may become a problem.

Hi guys, I just wanted to keep you informed. I have finished creating the hardcase art, endpapers and printed edge images for the printer. They have been uploaded to their platform and I have ordered proof copies for all of the physical books.
I am taking a break next week and visiting family but will take my very old and frustrating computer with me to work on the dust jackets. Hopefully it will let me!🤦♀️
Things are progressing nicely now. I have the art ready to order which I’ll do after next week.

Thank you all so much for your patience with me after my dad passed. I am back on board with all things bookish now. I have managed to set up Backerkit to collect your survey answers. It will take a few days for them to check over my set up to make sure all is well, but I have also set up a Backerkit shop so that if you wanted to order the character art cards or the final scene art card, or any other extras you fancy, you'll be able to do that.
The link is here, though it may not go live until they've agreed everything is okay. If you are not planning to order any extras then it would be great to get your survey back as soon as possible so that I can get an idea of numbers, particularly for the plain, sprayed, or printed edges on the hardbacks.
